Clyde, Ohio, Fire Department Sgt. Harry Manning and Chief Frank Fultz place a Red Ball alert sticker at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Maines. The Clyde Jaycees and firemen joined forces for the project, which labels homes where children and invalids live. The United States Junior Chamber of Commerce, or Jaycees, is an organization that serves to assist America's youth in character building and community service enterprises. |
