Paul E. Reinbolt, executive of the Toledo Area Council, Boys Scouts of America (BSA), announced the appointment of Robert E. Zimmerman as executive trainee of the Ottawa District. The BSA, founded in 1910, strives to provide young men with lessons in citizenship and personal growth.
