Randall Stout, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger Stout, is presented the Eagle Badge by Ken Shanes during the Court of Honor at Hayes United Methodist Church in Fremont, Ohio. The Eagle Scout, as part of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), is the highest rank bestowed upon a member of the BSA.
