dc.description Police officers were taught techniques in riot control during a police school at the Sandusky County Fairgrounds in Fremont, Ohio. Lt. Verne Walker of the Franklin County Sheriff's Department was in charge of the school, which was sponsored by the North Star Council of Governments.
