About 60 people gathered at the Hotel Fremont to honor Richard Crawfis, who had served as director of the Sandusky County YMCA for six years. Crawfis left to take a similar position in Newark, Ohio. The Young Men's Christian Assocation, or YMCA, offers a variety of programs (physical, educational, and such) and strives to emphasize positive values within a community.
