Until about 1914, visitors to Cedar Point arrived by boat. Passengers disembarked at the Bay Dock and walked into the park. The "Welcome" sign hung from the front of a series of lighted archways; a sign on the utility pole reminds visitors to "See Noah's Ark," a fun house. The building on the right serves as a billboard advertising Gold Top Champagne, a product of the Diamond Wine Company, Sandusky, Ohio.
