dc.description |
Constructed in 1901 to carry freight on the Great Lakes, the "Iroquois" was one of three ships built by the Craig Shipbuilding Company of Toledo, Ohio, that were sold to West Coast companies. Like the other ships, the "Iroquois" was remodeled for sailing on the West Coast. |
