dc.description Despite the falling stone, brick, steel and concrete and the rising dust and dirt, no one was injured when the center section of the high school collapsed. Because the collapse occurred about 9:30 P.M., no workers were present. Even spectators drawn by the noise were not injured - nearly all the debris fell inside the structure.
