dc.description Tony Jannus landing the "Flying Fish" at the Cedar Point Amusement Park beach. Although Jannus expected to make little money during the summer of 1914, he quickly netted $745 by giving rides to passengers. While Jannus continued to use a Benoist Flying Boat, he broke with Tom Benoist and the Benoist Aeroplane Company in 1914, leaving the company without its most famous flyer.
