dc.description A pier in the center of the Sandusky River is all that remains of the Market Street bridge in Tiffin, Ohio. Eight inches of rain fell in the area on Sunday, March 23, 1913. By Wednesday run-off had raised the Sandusky River to a level that destroyed the bridge across Market Street.
