dc.description Rail tracks ran throughout the quarries on Kelleys Island. Tracks on the far left led to the locomotive shed. The second set of tracks led to the rear of the stone crusher. Rail cars were unloaded under the metal shed. Once the stone was crushed, it was reloaded onto the dump cars and transported to the storage bins.
