The Inn, constructed in nineteenth-century Italianate style, was built in 1876 by Erastus Huntington. Mr. Huntington operated Kelleys Island's general store. From 1905 - 1940, the Inn was a hotel for summer visitors to the island. The Inn still (March 2005) stands on West Lake Shore Road. |
