Wagner Stone Company used a Marion Steam Shovel in its Castalia quarry. Manufactured in Marion, Ohio, Marion Shovels were used in the mining, logging, and quarry industries around the world. For more than 100 years, Marion Steam Shovel Company supplied engineering tools. The company was founded in 1884 by Ohioans Henry M. Barnhart, George W. King, and Edward Huber.
