Mary Mosser held her third annual neighborhood waffle festival on West Garrison Street, Fremont, Ohio. Despite a broken arm, Mosser was determined to have the festival, much to the delight of the neighborhood children. Volunteers had trouble cooking waffles fast enough for the hungry youngsters.
