dc.description	Ernst Niebergall photographed the Sandusky River at the iron State Street Bridge in 1912. Ice is piled almost to the deck of the bridge. In 1913, there was no ice, but the March flood submerged the bridge, cutting the connection between Fremont's east and west sides.
