dc.description A survivor of the 1913 flood reported in an interview for the Tiffin, Ohio Advertiser-Tribune newspaper in March 1988 that "Between Market and Perry Street there was people by the name of Montague lived. This woman was washed out of the house into the tree and she set there for two or three days before they could get her out."
