dc.description This dissertation presents the Graham Model of Bibliosupervision (GMB). The purpose of this study is to examine the efficacy of the GMB and its influence on the supervisory working alliance. Specifically this study examines the effectiveness of a non-linear approach to counselor supervision that employs children’s literature as part of the process. A multiple-baseline research design is the primary methodology. Outcomes are measured by a quantitative analysis employing the Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory Form (Efstation et al., 1990). A Bibliosupervision Exit Questionnaire (BEQ) was employed as the measurement tool. The findings of this study support the use of the Graham Bibliosupervision Model to strengthen the supervisory working alliance in counselor supervision.
