Photogrametry is not strictly a topography íechnique anymore; on the contrary, it has become a precise and useful tool for the drawing ofplans in buildings. dite to the great power of computers and to simple and affordable computer pmgrams now on the markef.<br> In thefield of the rehabilitation and architectural conservation of buildings, this system has proven especialiy adequate since ir is almost as precise (errors < 1/2000) as the recording of points with topographic stations. Its great advaníage lays on the fact of its simplicip, as well as in the practica1 absence of interpretation errors and in the savings of the tools used implied (a Personal Computer, a digital camera and the specijic sofiware).<br> When dealing with sketching of historical buildingplans, this system has become unavoidable due to the drastic time reduction employed for the "in situ" dala recollectioti Qust a set ofphotographs and some control measures have fo be stated) sirice al1 thepossible needed rneasurements are recorded on the photographs.<br> The development of the working methodology, as well as ihe examples presented in this article, has been pevformed with the applicatior~ of the Phofomodeler Pro program.<br><br>La Fotogra~netría ha dejado de ser una técnica reservada al campo de la Topografia. para constituirse en una herramienta eficaz y precisa para el levantamiento de planos de edi/icios, gracias a la potencia de los ordenadores y a la aparición de aplicaciones informáticas sencillas y asequibles.<br> En el campo de la rehabilitación y la conservación arquitectónicas, este sistema es especialmente adecuado, pues, además de ser casi tan preciso (errores < 1/2000) como el registro de puntos a través de estaciones topográficas. su ventaja principal reside en su sencillez, en la práctica ausencia de errores de interpretación y en la economía de los medios utilizados (un ordenador PC, una cámara digital y el software especifico de restitución).<br> En el campo del levantamiento de planos de edifcios históricos, este sistema es insustituible sobre todo debido a la reducción drástica del tiempo destinado a la toma de dalos "in situ" (sólo la toma de fotografias y alguna medida de contra[) ya que todas las posibles medidas necesarias están registradas en dichasJotografias.<br> Tanto el desarrollo de la metodología de trabajo preserttada en este artículo como los ejemplos mostrados, han sido desarrollados mediante la aplicación Photomodeler Pro. |
