Reconstruction of a Madrid characteristic architectural style theatre from the first part of the XX century, on the point to disappear: The work was focused in order to preserve the essence of the historical building, providing it with the necessary installations to make it operative as a present day theatre, including the security conditions demanded by the in force normative.<br><br>Recuperación de un teatro característico de la arquitectura madrileña del primer tercio del siglo XX, entrance de desaparición, haciendo compatible la conservación de la esencia del edificio histórico con la dotación de las instalaciones necesarias para su funcionamiento, dando respuesta a las exigencias del teatro contemporáneo y a las condiciones de seguridad exigibles por la normativa vigente. |
