dc.description In the area of pedagogical training for university professors the new lectureship s training is a sector which is increasily having an own space, more and more important. In this paper, we show the specific programme of University Pedagogical Office of University of Valencia: the Initial Course for Lectureship, whose coordinators are the authors at the present time. Likewise we show a proposal of evaluation system for this course, which aspires to arrive at deep understanding of the programme and its development, in order to summarize and offer standards for its continuous improvement.
