dc.description Potentiostatic electrodeposition methods have been used to grow polycrystalline ZnSe and ZnSe-Fe granular thin films on stainless steel substrates from aqueous solutions. These films were characterized by x-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.
