A playground area at Wightman's Grove, Ohio, was flooded as the Sandusky River flowed over its banks. Strong winds whipped Lake Erie waters back into its tributaries. As residents struggled to preserve their belongings, some were met with great hardship. Tragically, Anthony Polivka, 72, of Wightman's Grove, suffered a fatal heart attack while moving furniture upstairs in his home.-
