dc.descriptionThe Castalia Sporting Club club house was built in 1882 at a cost of $2,000. Each of the 25 members had a closet marked with his name. Bedrooms were on the second floor. There were also cattle barns and storage for grain and farm equipment. The club superintendent lived on the grounds also.-
