dc.descriptionThis pipe was installed in 2005 by Johnson Rock Products. The culvert has aluminized weir plates welded to the inside of the pipe at 10-foot intervals. The tributary on which this culvert was installed flows into Paradise Creek, a tributary to the main Umpqua west of Drain.-
