| Description: | Gegenstand dieses Beitrags ist ein Überblick über den Status quo des Strombinnenmarkts und die jüngsten Kommissionsvorschläge für eine Änderung der Stromrichtlinie und den Erlass einer Netznutzungsverordnung für grenzüberschreitende Stromlieferungen. Besonderes Augenmerk wird der Frage gewidmet, inwieweit die sich abzeichnende Zentralisierung der Regulierungskompetenzen auf der europäischen Ebene die derzeit adäquate Antwort auf die Probleme etwa im Bereich der grenzüberschreitenden Stromlieferungen ist. This paper provides an overview of the status quo of the Internal Market for Electricity and the recent Commission?s proposals for a modification of the electricity directive and for a regulation of conditions for the access to the network for cross-border exchanges in electricity. Particular attention is dedicated to the question, to what extent the centralization of regulation competencies on the European level is an adequate response to the current problems, for instance in the area of cross-border supplies of electricity. |
