La estratigrafía y la información aportada por las fuentes escritas, nos ha permitido fechar el abandono de la población hacia el tercer cuarto del siglo XIII, poco después de la conquista castellana, por tanto el caserío documentado se puede fechar en la primera mitad del siglo XIII. [EN] In the present article, we will study in detail eleven of the eighteen houses excavated at the andalusian deserted village Siyâsa. Due to the excellent preservation of the archaeological remains, we can have valuable information about the islamic type of urban house, disposed around an inner courtyard. The archaeological stratigraphy and the writing sources allowed us to date the city’s abandonment in the third quarter of the XIII century; because of that, we date the houses in the first half of the XIII century.
